Here at Driven To Detail we are committed to providing you with the best possible valeting and detailing services. Our Terms & Conditions have been put in place to safeguard both customers and the company. Please ensure that you have read all of the following points at the time of booking and be aware that by using our services you are agreeing with all of the below conditions.

General

  • Driven To Detail possess comprehensive public liability insurance covering up to £1000,000 for your piece of mind.

  • We are a mobile service and therefore staff members are not insured to drive your vehicle. If you request a member of staff to move your vehicle off the road for you, you do so at your own risk.

  • Please inform our staff as to any pre-existing faults or damage to your vehicle before the service so that this can be considered during treatments. This includes, but is not limited to, loose trim, interior & exterior broken, faulty or worn parts, lacquer peel, cracked paint, worn or ripped upholstery & fabric.

  • We strongly advise that customers remove any valuable personal items from their vehicle prior to any interior valeting service. Driven To Detail will not accept any responsibility for damage or loss of value to personal belongings during services.

  • All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be deemed fit to withstand normal cleaning processes.

  • Throughout the service of your vehicle you can expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, please show the same treatment to our staff as we operate a zero tolerance policy towards physical or verbal abuse.

Payments

  • Payment can be made via debit/ credit card.

  • Driven To Detail requires details from your debit or credit card to secure your booking, however these will be stored and held by Stripe in strict compliance with GDPR laws, you can access their full privacy policy here. https://stripe.com/en-gb/privacy

  • All payments will be automatically taken on completion of the service. Any unpaid invoices will incur a late payment fee of £10, which will be repeated every 7 days until payment is received.

  • Please note that all time and prices listed on our website is an estimate based on averages. The time and cost will depend on the condition, size and make of your vehicle. Excessive dirt, larger vehicles or extra seats will incur an additional cost which you will be made aware of before the work is carried out.

  • Cancellations within less than 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee.

  • Driven To Detail reserve the right to charge the full payment if no notice is given.

 

Alterations

  • Driven To Detail reserve the right to alter or move bookings according to weather conditions in order to provide you with the best possible results

  • If you require any changes to the time or type of service please let us know as soon as possible. Failing to inform us outside of 48 hours of your original appointment will incur a 50% fee.

 

Complaints

  • You can expect Driven To Detail to consider any complaints fairly and promptly with an appropriate response

  • If you believe that a staff member has caused any damage to your vehicle you must make us aware within 48 hours of your appointment

  • Driven To Detail reserves the right to deny customers who make unreasonable demands beyond the valeting service booked
